Give Away

Being a doll maker and painter go hand in hand although it may feel they are both being pulled out of very different sand. Only if you listen with patients you may understand their communications
Just to let you know I am on a break but would still love to hear your take.
Don't worry about what you create just be a follower, I would love you to participate.

I will send one of you a original Lottie Popjes doll.

I love to see sketches and how an artist work before we can see the work of art. I love the colours already!

I just have to first tell you, that whenever I open up your new blog post and see those four little faces on top, I always start grinning wildly. To look at me over here, someone would really have to wonder what I was up to!!
Your new doll girl design is amazing! You are such a fun creator...! Enjoy your August!!!!!

Like Kathy in the previous comment, I always love that moment when I see your four little faces at the top of your blog. And of course all the other lovely ladies you paint and make. When my children were little (they are not in their 50s) I used to make endless dolls and animals, and continued to make them when they were too old to give to other people. I used to make a 'magic' doll that changed its dress and hair in a moment, and then back to the original.
I am already a follower, and always enjoy your blog.

I love this sketch Manon...it makes me think of sewing machines and patch dolls. Your works are all so sweet. Enjoy your break!

She's already cute even as a sketch, Manon. Must be even cuter as a real doll! :)

By the way, have you seen my post on my recent giveaway?

This summer has been busy! But I hadn't popped into your blog for a while so here I am just in time for your sweet giveaway! Sometimes I follow that little voice that says 'go here'. I love it how that works.
Oh! And one of your dolls would be sheer bliss to win!
Thank you!
