Paper Saturdays link up time, decorating paperbags.

Again time is flying by and you have arrived at Paper Saturdays' link up time. I guess you may have gathered that we were on a summer break over the last few weeks. It was impossible to get enough Internet time to visit you all but we promise to stop by and admire all your art works this week. You are our inspiration, don't forget :)

This week Lottie and I have been busy thinking about designs for packaging. The early stages of a tangible design are extremely fun. No serious business just playing about, no commitment or expensive layouts. We would love to hear how you play or plan or maybe you just want to find out more about how to go about this process? Well just let us know, we are happy to help. Time for another free tutorial maybe:)

Remember just let us know and we will be there to put a smile on your face but now it is over to you and it is time to link your art to Paper Saturdays. Please enter your relevant post in the mr linky bellow, don't forget to link back your post to Paper Saturdays so our seed will grow and we can all harvest:)

I've decorated bags for gifts before but never with one of my girls - what a great idea!

Just suddenly realised it's Saturday again, late afternoon, and can't believe it. I like the idea of the decorated bags and Lottie in her dress of diamond shapes looks very sweet.
How do I plan? Well mostly I do it in my head, thinking about it in odd moments or overnight. Occasionally, if I'm near my rough sketchbook I just scribble a vague idea of what I want however messy it is. Then when I come to sketch I've got the basis already.

Wat ontzettend leuk die papieren tas met Lottie erop. Vandaag heb ik een mini tutorial gemaakt voor zelf postpapier maken. Nog een hele fijne zaterdag avond.
Liefs, Melanie
