I am still experimenting with the pastels but might need to buy myself a mask. The dust is causing my nose to be blocked permanently I don't like to think what else it might be doing to me. Anyway here is another little monkey which could possibly turn into a doll. I have called her Retro baby hoping she will attract many new visitors to my blog as it is a style you see a lot right now in the UK. Well that is Retro not Retro baby. I hope it comes up high on the search engines :)Well don't laugh you never know! What do you think is the dust affecting my brain?

Love Retro baby. He'll make a great doll. don't know how you get over the dust problem. Not good.

Are you using pastel blocks or pencils? I find the soft pastel pencils to be less dusty. Also, the Panpastels are supposed to be much less dusty than even the pencils. You might test one color of them to see if it solves the problem.
Weer een super schatje. En wat betreft die pastel stof...geen idee wat het met je doet...je maakt er in elk geval mooie tekeningen mee.

I don't have a solution for the dust other than maybe wearing a mask or respirator but that's not fun. I love the results of all that dust! Your Retro Baby is so cute.
